La Llana Beach & City is a small development of only 12 fully equipped modern homes located in the centre of Lo Pagan / San Pedro del Pinatar.

All flats have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and have an open living room opposite the kitchen.

The bedroom closest to the entrance has the possibility of being used as a bedroom or office, and the wall between the living room and the bedroom is movable, so you can choose how to use this space.

The ground floor flats have large patios and private parking on the plot and the top floor maisonettes have private balconies and roof terraces as well as parking within the complex.

The top floor flats have a full outdoor kitchen, an electric barbecue, a hot water shower and a designed metal pergola that gives you more usable space all year round and provides shade in those hot summer months.

The common area with artificial grass includes a heated swimming pool for those cooler months, beach area, Jacuzzi, waterfall and counter-current swimming mechanism.

La Llana Beach & City is located in an urban area full of amenities that you can reach on foot, so you do not need a car to get to amenities such as shops, banks, cafes, pharmacies, etc. The beach is just one kilometre from the resort.
